Cancellation & No Show Policies

A cancellation fee of $25 will automatically be charged to the customer for any appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the service date. If an appointment is rescheduled, the $25 fee will go towards the amount due of the rescheduled appointment. A 50% fee of the scheduled service will automatically be charged to the customer for any no-show appointment(s). Penalties will be upheld for repeat offending customers, such as required prepayment for future bookings and/or potentially restricting online bookings after multiple violations.
