Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, receiving services, purchasing products, or accessing the website of Ideal Skin and Body (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Ideal Skin and Body provides professional spa and aesthetic services including, but not limited to: Waxing services, laser hair removal, skin treatments and facials, body treatments, skincare consultations, retail skincare product sales.
All services are provided by trained professionals and are intended for cosmetic and personal care purposes.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability.
Clients may schedule appointments by: Phone, online booking system, in person at the spa. We strive to honor appointment times; however, delays may occasionally occur due to treatment needs or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We respectfully request that clients provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service amount. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future appointments. Fees and deposit requirements may vary depending on the service booked.
Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened service to avoid disrupting scheduled appointments for other clients.
If a client arrives excessively late, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation or no-show, and applicable fees may apply.
Health Information and Client Responsibility
Certain treatments, including laser hair removal and skin services, require accurate health information.
Clients agree to: Provide truthful and complete health information, disclose medications, allergies, and skin conditions, inform the practitioner of any changes in health status. Failure to disclose relevant health information may increase the risk of adverse reactions and may result in refusal or modification of treatment.
Treatment Results
Individual results vary depending on skin type, hair type, medical history, and adherence to post-treatment care instructions. Ideal Skin and Body does not guarantee specific results from any treatment or service.
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes, particularly with services such as laser hair removal.
Refund Policy
All services rendered are non-refundable.
However: If a client is dissatisfied with a service, we encourage them to contact us within 48 hours so we may attempt to address the concern. Certain items or services may be final sale.
Gift Certificates and Packages
Gift certificates and prepaid service packages: Are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash, must be presented at the time of service, may have expiration dates depending on promotion or package terms. Lost or stolen gift certificates may not be replaceable.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for services and products are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. However, approved payment plans are available. We may accept various forms of payment, including: Credit cards, debit cards, cash, approved digital payment methods. A 3.5% Credit card fee is applied to all digital forms of payment. Gratuities for service providers are appreciated but optional.
Photos and Media
Before-and-after photographs may occasionally be taken for treatment documentation.
Photos will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes without the client’s written and/or verbal consent.
Personal Property
Ideal Skin and Body is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the spa.
Clients are encouraged to keep valuables secure during their visit.
Right to Refuse Service
Ideal Skin and Body reserves the right to refuse service to any client who: Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, demonstrates inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, has medical conditions that make treatment unsafe, fails to follow spa policies. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful environment for both clients and staff.
Liability Disclaimer
Spa treatments carry some inherent risk, including possible skin irritation, redness, or other reactions.
By receiving services, clients acknowledge these potential risks and agree that Ideal Skin and Body and its staff are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from: Undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, sensitivity or allergies not previously known.

The services provided by Ideal Skin and Body are intended for cosmetic and personal care purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. Information provided during consultations, treatments, on our website, through social media, or in written materials is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Clients should consult with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, skin conditions, medications, or health-related questions prior to receiving treatments. Certain treatments offered at Ideal Skin and Body, including but not limited to laser hair removal, waxing, and skin treatments, may carry potential risks such as redness, irritation, pigmentation changes, burns, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects. Individual results may vary depending on skin type, health conditions, medications, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment care instructions. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to receiving services. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities may increase the risk of adverse reactions. By receiving services at Ideal Skin and Body, clients acknowledge and accept that: Cosmetic treatments carry inherent risks., results are not guaranteed and may vary between individuals. Ideal Skin and Body and its staff are not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow treatment instructions, or individual skin responses.
If a client experiences unusual or severe reactions following a treatment, they should seek medical attention from a licensed healthcare professional promptly. Ideal Skin and Body reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if a service is deemed unsafe or inappropriate based on a client’s health information or skin condition.
Website Use
If clients access our website, they agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not for any activity that could harm the website, its users, or the business.
Content on the website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Ideal Skin and Body and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Changes to Terms
Ideal Skin and Body reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or made available at the spa location.
